Kristie Harris is a dedicated Mental Health and Substance Abuse Nurse who serves as the Nursing Manager at Music City Detox.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Maine at Fort Kent and is a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee with over 12 years of specialized experience in the field of substance abuse treatment.
Throughout her career, Kristie has built a diverse professional background that spans both the medical field and the business world, having worked with organizations ranging from major corporations to startup companies. Her extensive clinical expertise includes serving as a Psychiatric Nurse on dual diagnosis mental health and substance abuse units, as well as providing care through telehealth platforms.
Education stands as Kristie’s greatest passion in her professional life. She has established a proven track record of excellence as a Psychiatric Nursing Student Clinical Instructor, Preceptor, and Manager for several corporations. This commitment to teaching and mentoring has allowed her to not only provide exceptional care to patients but also to shape the next generation of psychiatric and substance abuse treatment professionals.
At Music City Detox, Kristie applies her comprehensive knowledge of both mental health and substance abuse treatment to ensure patients receive the highest standard of medical care during the critical detoxification phase of recovery.
