Directions

1. At least 48 hours prior to drinking this product avoid alcoholic beverages and unnecessary medications and, drink six to eight 12-ounce servings of water per day
2. Three hours before consuming this product eat a light meal (e.g. dry toast, cereal, crackers)
3. One hour before you consume Vale’s Solution, drink two 12-ounce servings of water
4. Shake the bottle of Vale's Solution well, then consume
5. Over next 30 minutes drink 16 to 20 ounces of water.
