- Step 4) Refill the empty bottle with water 20 minutes after taking QCarbo Plus with Super Boost Tabs and drink again.
- Step 5) Urinate as many times as possible before the test – during the last time use the test strip included into the program to check the achieved results.
To ensure maximum effectiveness:
- Don’t take any unnecessary medicines or toxins (alcohol, tobacco and other drugs included) for at least 48 hours before the test.
- Do not make any changes in your eating and drinking schedule on the day of the test. Try not to consume more liquid than usual unless the opposite is stated in the recommendations for use of your detox program.
- If it’s possible, try to schedule the test for afternoon, which will allow you to urinate 3-4 times before submitting your urine samples.
